1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clozet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and store sellers on the platform.

2. Account Terms

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

arrow_right Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
arrow_right All activities that occur under your account
arrow_right Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Accounts may not be transferred to another person without our written consent.

3. Orders & Payment

Order Placement: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective store.

Pricing: All prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: We accept payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be completed before order dispatch, except for COD orders.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting the store directly through the Platform. Once dispatched, cancellation is subject to the store's policy.

4. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund eligibility depends on the individual store's policy. In general:

arrow_right Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
arrow_right Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days
arrow_right Sale items, customized, and digital products are generally non-returnable

5. Store Seller Terms

If you register as a store seller on Clozet, you additionally agree to:

arrow_right Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory information
arrow_right Fulfill orders promptly within your stated processing time
arrow_right Not list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited products
arrow_right Maintain a valid trade license where required by law
arrow_right Handle customer complaints and returns in good faith

Clozet reserves the right to suspend or terminate store accounts that violate these terms or receive excessive negative feedback.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clozet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission. Product images and descriptions uploaded by sellers remain the property of the respective sellers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

arrow_right Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
arrow_right Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
arrow_right Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
arrow_right Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
arrow_right Harass, abuse, or harm other users or sellers on the Platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Clozet acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay for items. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clozet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, third parties, or the interests of Clozet, or for any other reason. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
