Yes! Your cart can contain items from different stores. Each store will process and ship their items separately, so you may receive multiple deliveries.

There are two ways to track your order. If you have an account, go to your Orders page from your account dashboard to see all orders and real-time status updates. If you checked out as a guest, visit the Track Order page and enter your order number, or your email/phone number to see all orders placed with that contact.

You can cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Go to Order Details and click Cancel.

Click the Register button on the top right corner. Fill in your details including name, email, and password. Your account is activated right away and you are signed in automatically — no extra verification step is required.

Click on Login, then use the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a 6-digit verification code to reset your password.

Go to your Profile page from the account menu. You can update your name, email, phone number, and profile picture.

Yes, all online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your payment card details.

For COD orders, you pay when you receive your delivery. For online payments (JazzCash/EasyPaisa), you are charged at the time of placing the order.

Once your order is marked as completed/delivered, go to your Order Details page. You will see a "Write Review" button next to each product. You can also review the store.

Yes, you can edit your review from the same Order Details page. Click "Edit Review" next to the product you reviewed.

Your review (with your name) will be visible on the product page for all users to see. This helps other shoppers make informed decisions.
