Yes! Your cart can contain items from different stores. Each store will process and ship their items separately, so you may receive multiple deliveries.

Go to your Orders page from your account dashboard. You can see real-time status updates for each order including confirmed, in-progress, shipped, and delivered.

You can cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Go to Order Details and click Cancel.

Click the Register button on the top right corner. Fill in your details including name, email, and password. You will receive an email verification link to activate your account.

Click on Login, then use the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link.

Go to your Profile page from the account menu. You can update your name, email, phone number, and profile picture.

Yes, all online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your payment card details.

For COD orders, you pay when you receive your delivery. For online payments (JazzCash/EasyPaisa), you are charged at the time of placing the order.

Once your order is marked as completed/delivered, go to your Order Details page. You will see a "Write Review" button next to each product. You can also review the store.

Yes, you can edit your review from the same Order Details page. Click "Edit Review" next to the product you reviewed.

Your review (with your name) will be visible on the product page for all users to see. This helps other shoppers make informed decisions.
