Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by store and product. Some stores offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. The exact shipping fee is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Multi-Store Orders

If your order contains items from multiple stores, each store ships their items separately. You may receive multiple deliveries, and shipping is calculated per store.

Order Tracking

You can track your order status in real-time from your Orders page. Status updates include: Confirmed, In-Progress, Shipped, Delivered, and Completed.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

• check_circle Item must be unused and in original condition
• check_circle Original tags and packaging must be intact
• check_circle Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• cancel Sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
• cancel Perishable goods and personal care items cannot be returned

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
